| How long will it take to set up my hosting account? | |
| All accounts are set up as soon as payment information has been verifed. While your VPS server may be up and running in only a few hours, we ask that you allow 24-48 business hours for new account setup. |

| Can I upgrade my plan later? | |
| Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are seamless and result in no loss of data. Downtime for upgrades is limited to only 3-4 minutes. |

| Are there any limitations as to what software I can run on my server? |  |
| The only service that we do not allow on our network is IRC. You may use your server for any other legal purpose that you wish. |

| What Control Panels do you offer? | |
| By default, our Linux VPS plans come preinstalled with the Webmin control panel. Our Windows VPS plans come preinstalled with the Virtuozzo Power Panel.
Our Linux plans also offer DirectAdmin (http://www.directadmin.com) for an additional $6/mth. |

| Just send in a support ticket requesting how many additional IP Addresses you'd like and our Hosting team will take care of the new IP Addresses and the billing updates for you. |

| How Do I configure Reverse DNS? | |
| In order to get reverse DNS configured, please contact our support department. We have to set this up on our nameservers. Please include your ip address and the DNS name you'd like the PTR record to resolve to. |

| For DNS hosting you have two options:
1) If you would like to have more control and host your own DNS, you can point your domains at your vps as their primary nameserver. You do this at the registrar. You'll need to setup ns1.yourdomain.co |
